Return and Exchange Policy

Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy for items that are unworn/unused and in their original packaging.
Shipping and Restocking Fee
A 20% shipping and restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at theklassyklosettt@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be provided with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be for the cost of the merchandise minus the 20% shipping and restocking fee.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds cannot be obtained if:
You decide you do not like the item after purchase
You tamper with an item leading to its malfunction
You use an item for purposes other than its intended use
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service immediately for assistance.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color in an item
